About Me
About Me
Natalie Metzinger
Originally from the Lake Constance region, I embraced internationality early on. After completing a degree in pedagogy and psychology, followed by a Master’s degree in Augsburg, I began my career in management consulting. I spent several years working as an IT and Finance Consultant at Accenture, where I was responsible for complex projects, significant budgets and the leadership of teams of up to 50 people.
This experience provided deep insight into organisational structures, decision-making processes and the realities faced by executives and senior leaders. At the same time, it reinforced my understanding that sustainable success depends not only on strategy and numbers, but on people, leadership and culture.
Today, I combine this consulting background with over twelve years of experience in executive search and career consulting. As a headhunter and coach, I work at the intersection of business expertise and empathy – supporting organisations and individuals in making decisions that have long-term impact.
My way of working
My approach is structured, focused and personal. I deliberately work with a limited number of mandates at a time to ensure full commitment, discretion and quality.
I believe in clear communication, honest assessments and transparent processes. For every project, I personally take responsibility and remain involved throughout the entire journey – from the first briefing to successful placement or transition.
This way of working is reflected in long-term client relationships, a high proportion of follow-up mandates and a consistently high placement success rate.
